WP C.S.D.L.E. “Massimo D’Antona”.IT – 326/2017

In the paper, the Author focuses on the topic of interests’ organizations, trying to go beyond the boundaries of traditional forms of representation and to broaden the scope of the reflections in this field. The analysis therefore focuses on some sectors traditionally neglected by Labour law scholars and, in particular, on the subject of employers’ organizations.
The path along which the analysis is conducted evolves through the identification of trends, coexisting in the current system of industrial relations, of social disintermediation and, at the same time, of reintroduction of forms of intermediation and/or of social representation (both classical and “new generation” ones).
