The article analyses the legislative measures enacted in Italy during the pandemic from the labour law point of view. In particular, the study focuses on mandatory vaccinations in the perspective of labour law with particular reference to the employment relationship. The article examines the resolved and unresolved issues of mandatory vaccinations and employment in response to the pandemic.
