For a state that implements an active social policy, it is important to create working conditions for people with disabilities. Their low competitiveness in the labor market requires the creation of special mechanisms for maintaining employment and effective mechanisms for finding work with the participation of the state and business. 

In the framework of the round table it is planned to discuss: the phenomenon of social employment; effective mechanisms and methods job search for people with disabilities; the role and interest of businesses in flexible application of their labor.
