La conciliazione ex art. 6 d. lgs. 23/2015 tra autonomia privata e incentivi statali

WP C.S.D.L.E. “Massimo D’Antona”.IT – 274/2015

Il presente scritto è destinato al volume a cura di Gaetano Zilio Grandi e Marco Biasi, Commentario breve alla riforma “jobs act”, Cedam di prossima pubblicazione.

This essay analyses the “conciliation proposal” introduced by art. 6 d. lgs. 23/2015 describing its procedural aspects and legal effects from the point of view of the freedom of will to be accorded to fired worker and employer. Arguing the revocable nature of the employers’ proposal, the author underlines that the prescription to subscribe the transaction before a selected office is aimed at promoting an agreement covering all aspects of the ceased employment relationship.
