The fourth edition of ECOLL (Early Career seminar on cOmparative Labour Law), organized by Labour Law Community, in collaboration with the University of Catania, will take place on the island of Salina (Aeolian Islands, Sicily) from 3 to 7 October 2026, on the theme: Authority, Control, and Power at Work: from the Industrial to the Digital Era.

The seminar is open to labour law scholars in the early stages of their careers, including PhD candidates. A maximum of 25 participants will be selected.
