WP C.S.D.L.E. “Massimo D’Antona”.IT – 228/2014

The paper deals with the Renzi's labour policies in the public sector from the beginning to the present day, in order to understand the peculiarity of government choices in the light of the previous executive. The study is developed along three levels of investigation: first, the evolution of legislation, showing typical profiles step by step; next, a critical consideration to the regulatory intervention of the current executive; and finally, a conclusion on a possible feature of the current public sector reform as "reversed tool" that is the first step toward a further organizational set-up reform.
