After the first part, devoted to the causal profile in the contract of the apprenticeship, the paper analyzes the conflict between State and Regions, in the field of professional training, which has characterized the intervention of Legislative Decree n. 276/2003 and of its the subsequent amendments. The last section is devoted to the theme of the training profiles, as treaty with the innovations of the Consolidated Act of 2011 and of its subsequent amendments, with a broad appreciation of the implementing rules which the Regions have used for regulating the three contract models that make up the institute.
