The essay is focused on the contents of the Interconfederal Agreement, subscribed on June 28 2011, bringing out the solutions to problems which are for many years at the center of the scientific debate (e.g. the evaluation of trade union representation, the relationship between collective agreements signed at national and company level, the effectiveness of company bargain). The Agreement is analyzed through the classical perspective of inter-union rules system, considering the fallout on the legal system. It’s also developed an initial comparison between the Agreement and the article 8 of the d.l. n.138/2011. The author states a critical evaluation on the legislative decision which is considered in contrast to the provisions of the Agreement.
